Does this product require any special tools for installation? This product requires a drill for proper installation, as the anchors and screws need to be drilled into the ceiling. However, the installation can be done with basic hand tools as well, as the track rollers and brackets snap into place.

Can I install this product myself? This product can be installed by oneself, as shown by some customers who installed it alone without difficulty. However, others recommend having a helper for easier installation, especially for longer tracks.

How long does it take to install this product? Installation time can vary depending on the size and complexity of the installation. Customers mention installation took anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours.

How difficult is it to install this product? Installing our product is super easy! Just watch the video or read the manual in the package for step-by-step instructions.

Is professional installation recommended? While installation can be done by oneself, some customers found it easier and recommend having a second person assist, especially for longer tracks.

How to straighten the track? The curtain track is packaged coiled. Straighten the track overnight. Use weights or heat (soak in water or use a hairdryer) and bend at the creases to straighten the curtain track.

Can be combined or cut? Yes! The track can be combined with two or more tracks together by connecting the ends to form one continuous track. Place the ceiling bracket right at the end of each track to ensure that the track lines up. The track can be cut down to the desired size. Measure the desired length and use a hacksaw to cut the track down to size.

Track is starting to bend? If the curtains are bending the curtain track down, additional mounting brackets are required depending on the weight of the curtain. We include enough mounting brackets to hold a standard curtain. Additional accessories can be purchased through the same retailer.

Are curtains included? Curtains are NOT included; however, we DO include curtain hooks to ensure that this track will work with whatever curtain you decide to pair with our system. In rare instances where your curtain does not work with the provided hooks, we do carry specialty hooks.

Installed on a sloped ceiling? Unfortunately, the curtain track cannot be installed on a sloped ceiling.

Can mount on a wall? Yes! We offer wall brackets separately. Please visit our other listing to purchase these optional hooks.

What is the weight capacity? The maximum weight capacity is 33 lbs.

End covers do not fit? They are meant to be tight to ensure that they do not fall off. A few tricks to get them on include sliding the bottom on first then pushing the rest on or loosening the end cap by sticking a small object inside (such as a pencil).

Need to install to a stud? It would be highly recommended to at least have a few of the brackets installed into a stud. The more studs you have, the stronger the track will be. Our anchors are made to support the track using lightweight curtains, however if you are going to use heavy-duty curtains, a stud would be recommended.

Need to install to drywall? It does not need to be drywall. You can install these brackets into any material. However, the screws provided are meant for drywall. You will need to purchase the appropriate screws for that material from your local hardware store.

Is it moisture resistant? Yes, as long as they are not constantly submerged in water. The curtain tracks are made of heavy-duty PVC.

Install on a drop ceiling? The track cannot be installed on a drop ceiling. We are working on getting special attachments for drop ceilings.

Can I paint the curtain track? Unfortunately not, as the material is quite smooth and would result in the paint easily chipping off.
